The Purpose

If you need an escape from your daily routine to unplug, truly relax and let go, you’ve found it.  Take a well-deserved time-out and enjoy and enrich your life.  You will have the opportunity to slow down, breathe and soak in the beauty of the present moment.

Taylor and Paulette will assist you in tapping into your inner stillness and life force as we focus on creating more inner peace and well-being through a weekend of nourishment on all levels. You will learn about mindful eating and living, meditation, the law of attraction and how to harness it to create the life – and business – of your dreams. You will be introduced to relaxation and mind-body techniques to create more peace, self-love, self-esteem and self-confidence.

The self-esteem and self-confidence that come with truly loving and valuing yourself give you the base and security to feel good within yourself, your work and your relationships.

This retreat is designed for those looking for the perfect mix of wellness and recreation to enjoy and take care of yourself. If you need a change of scenery and/or a break from a stress-filled situation, you’ve found it.

This is not a hardcore program of fasting and strenuous exercise but rather a program to help you re-balance your work-life situation by meditating, getting some exercise, practicing Prana Power Yoga, learning about the law of attraction and how to utilize it to create the life and business of your dreams 

You will relax, have a lot of fun, and experience the joy of good energy along the way. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

The retreat will leave you feeling refreshed and with a clear path for deepening your explorations of the self.
Taylor and Paulette create a sacred space where you can allow your spirit to awaken and reconnect with the simple joy of being fully alive.  Explore the practice of transformation – a way to open your heart, find clarity and experience stillness within. Mindfulness is about living consciously with kindness and compassion. Both yoga and mindfulness emphasize listening to your body’s needs and respecting its limits. This approach allows each of us – beginner or experienced – to receive the benefits of the practice and make each moment one to celebrate, which leads you deeper into a celebration of life.
At the end of our weekend together, journey home feeling truly refreshed and re-charged, with a new appreciation for the beauty of life.
